SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Our Print on Demand vendors fulfill each individual order as a custom print when you place it. They will then package and ship your tees directly to you. This process allows us to remain nimble and offer a much wider variety of designs and products.

We do our best to work with vendors that can print and fill your orders as rapidly as possible. As we may work with more than one vendor to offer you the most product options and styles, the shipping options may vary slightly by order.  Some of our printing is done in factories internationally and may be shipped to you from a location closer than the United States where possible. Trust us, global shipping can get very complicated, so we have done what we can to make it as simple as possible. Our shipping rates are calculated based on flat shipping rates to regions of the world and not by order weight. Free shipping is provided on orders of $100 or more. Shipping is available to most countries in the world (with exceptions for countries where delivery is not possible due to severe war or geopolitical instability, countries under embargo or sanctions effecting international delivery, or countries who refuse international shipments).  We pass on the best delivery time range estimates we have to you.  If there is an issue with your delivery or it's lost or not received, please email us at info@afterhourstees.com about your order and we will look into it with our vendor. Please note that shipping to some areas of the world does take more time than others, so your location may effect your overall shipping time. 

Return & Exchange Policy

As our items are custom printed for you on order, we can only accept  a return to our Printer

On Demand printers within 30 days of your order is the order is damaged, misprinted or lost in transit.  You will need to follow the instructions and submit photographs in cases of damage or misprints. Email us at info@afterhourstees.com and we will reach out to them about your return. To expedite your request, please provide clear photos of any damage or misprints with your initial email (the product will need to be laid flat in the case of clothing and all parts clearly visible in all cases).  Please see our FAQ section for additional questions regarding our fulfillment, shipping and delivery. As we are a new and growing business, and we are using this model to provide you with the most product options possible. In the future, if we are able to change our policies on returns, we will definitely move in that direction.
